Dave Brooks is Executive Chairman at 3B Training. Having set up Bromak Training in 2011,  Dave, his partner and Mat Bewley set up 3B to service the training needs of Bromak’s clients, the division grew quickly and became a separate entity in 2014. Dave still holds a hands on role in the business along with Mat Bewley.

What’s the best thing about being part of 3B?

Employees make a business what it is and we employ some wonderful people. The interactions we have with clients at all levels from individual delegates to company Directors to associate trainers to accrediting bodies are all very important and I have confidence that every one of these interactions will be a positive one based on the people that work at 3B Training.

What has been your biggest achievement?    

Building a successful recruitment business over the past 18 years and recently selling it. It’s been hard work whilst also helping build 3B Training, raising three wonderful sons and building a new house, but it’s all been worth it.

Who would you most like to swap places with for the day?

The actor Dominic West, he’s a pretty cool guy and is filming the Crown at the moment playing Prince Charles which I think would be fun; but it’s mainly because he is dating Lily James and I have a bit of a crush on her (my wife knows and has given me a pass for the day)
