BTEC Level 2 in Customer Service
The Level 2 Customer Service qualification is designed to educate the learner in customer service.

Workers in both non-profitable and commercial organisations who are aiming to gain a BTEC Level 2 qualification.

Entry Requirements
The qualification will assess a learner’s ability to work in their current occupation. The learner must be 16 or over and be working in a customer service related role.
BTEC Level 2 in Customer Service - Course Content
The learner will be evaluated on-site by a range of methods, such as observations, evidence generated from the workplace, professional discussion, witness testimonials and written questions. Learners will need to gather evidence of:
- Deliver customer service
- Principles of customer service
- Manage personal performance and development
- Understand customers
- Understand employer organisations
