BTEC Level 2 in Customer Service
The Level 2 Customer Service qualification is designed to educate the learner in customer service.
Dependant on how quickly the learner can gather the relevant evidence.
Who should enrol on to the Customer Service NVQ?
Workers in both non-profitable and commercial organisations who are aiming to gain a BTEC Level 2 qualification.
Is the course accredited?
ProQual or Pearson Edexcel accredited
The qualification will assess a learner’s ability to work in their current occupation. The learner must be 16 or over and be working in a customer service related role.

BTEC Level 2 in Customer Service – Course Content
The learner will be evaluated on site by a range of methods, such as observations, evidence generated from the workplace, professional discussion, witness testimonials and written questions. Learners will need to gather evidence of:
- Deliver customer service
- Principles of customer service
- Manage personal performance and development
- Understand customers
- Understand employer organisations
