Driving People, Behaviour and Culture Change

The SHE Show has a continuing mission to drive People, Behavioural and Culture Change across organisations by focusing on six fundamental pillars:

  1. Overcoming Adversity and Resilience
  2. Mental Health and Wellbeing
  3. Behaviour and Culture Change

  5. Inspirational Leadership
  6. Legal Advice and Updates

The conference attracts between 200–250 delegates and primarily targets SHE professionals—such as Global SHE Directors and Heads of SHE. The conference also welcomes leaders from HR, Procurement, Operations, CSR, Compliance, and C-suite executives.
