We offer a wide range of Civil and Utilities training courses, that are delivered online and in the classroom.

    This CAT and Genny short course is designed to give delegates a greater knowledge of how to safely conduct cable avoidance operations.

  • EUSR Excavation Safety Training Courses

    We deliver five EUSR course categories, as well as refreshers. You can book any combination of categories that suits you.

  • EUSR National Water Hygiene

    This one-day EUSR national water hygiene course is designed for anyone working on water supply systems and clean water sites.

  • EUSR SHEA Gas Course

    Our SHEA gas course is a one-day course that you can use to obtain your EUSR card when successfully completed.

  • EUSR SHEA Water Training

    The SHEA Water course is designed for anyone requiring access to operational sites within the water industry.

  • NRSWA Operative Course

    A five day course suitable for those who carry out manual excavation and restoration of footpaths and highways.

  • NRSWA Reassessment

    Suitable for operatives and supervisors who want to renew their NRSWA certificate and SWQR card.

  • NRSWA Supervisor Course

    Five days of training that’s designed to educate supervisors on street works health and safety.

  • Signing, Lighting and Guarding Course

    A short course that’s designed to educate delegates on how to set out signs, cones, barriers and traffic lights on new roads and street works sites.

CITB GRANTS SCHEME

Companies who are CITB registered can claim for each delegate who successfully pass the Civil and Utilities training courses we offer.

For the grant to be claimed, you must include the company name and CITB levy number on the delegates information form, which is completed before or on the first day of the course.

  • What does a CAT and Genny detect?
    What does a CAT and Genny detect?

    CAT and Genny consists of two separate tools, Cable Avoidance Tool (CAT) and Signal Generator (Genny).

    The Cable Avoidance Tool is used to locate underground cables and pipes; while the Signal Generator tool emits a specific signal that is detected by the CAT.

  • Who are EUSR Excavations courses aimed at?

    These courses are aimed at everyone who is involved with excavations, from operatives through to managers and designers, and from novices to experienced workers.
