When Morgan Sindall Property Services needed to evidence competence for a large volume of supervisors and managers to maintain compliance across its workforce, it turned to 3B Training for expertise, structure, and end-to-end support.
With 136 NVQs booked across three cohorts between November 2024 and August 2025, the collaboration continues to improve learner experience, compliance outcomes, and internal capability across the business.
Faced with the challenge of coordinating qualifications for over 100 managers, Anna Kay (Senior HR Business Partner) and Steve Leighton (Head of IMS and Quality) required a training provider that could deliver at scale while maintaining quality, clarity and support throughout the learner journey.
To meet the needs of changing in legislation following the Grenfell tragedy, the company needed to ensure it could evidence competence to be compliant with the revised Building Regulations.
3B Training designed a fully managed programme to support Morgan Sindall Property Services NVQ delivery in a structured and efficient way. Learners were split into three cohorts (November, December, and January), with a few additional learners joining between February and August as part of business-as-usual activity.

Morgan Sindall Property Services is now preparing a fourth cohort for September 2025, with an additional 35 learners planned.
What started as a high-volume NVQ requirement has developed into a strategic learning partnership, with 3B Training supporting across technical logistics, compliance, and planning for future development.
The success of this project has also led to further training opportunities being explored including tailored learning solutions beyond NVQs.
