It offers the young people of Salford a unique traineeship programme, which allows access to jobs and apprenticeships with some of the best construction companies in the local area.
3b Training proudly stands as a member of the Build Salford programme which has over 20 dedicated industry partners. All of whom have one common goal, to create as many opportunities as possible for young people who are looking to start their career in the construction industry.
Other industry partners include Salford City College, Salford City Council, Bowmer & Kirkland, CITB, Eric Wright Group, Seddon, A E Yates, Willmott Dixon, Wates, Morgan Sindall, Salix Homes, The Guinness Partnership, and other construction industry leaders.
