Consistently striving to deliver world class training to our delegates is our top priority here at 3B Training.
The learner experience – and providing the best environment for our course delegates in which to thrive and succeed – is at the heart of everything we do.
Achieving the NEBOSH Gold Partner award in 2020 meant the world to us. We haven’t rested on our laurels, and we’ve continued to look for opportunities to improve our standards of training delivery.
To be recognised as a training provider which exceeds the NEBOSH six learning excellence principles, means NEBOSH acknowledges that delegates with 3B Training benefit from the highest level of health and safety training available in the UK.
NEBOSH recognises that the very best learning experiences are vital for equipping delegates with the skills and knowledge to ensure that best practices are maintained for health, safety and environment in the workplace.
Through the Partner Programme, NEBOSH course delegates benefit from the very best course delivery. This in-turn provides them with the best opportunity to succeed, both in their studies and in their careers.
3B Training is committed to the NEBOSH Partner Programme, which ensures standards remain high. It achieves this by encouraging and supporting delivery partners to commit to continuous improvement against a set of learning excellence principles.
This fits in seamlessly with our ethos of delivering world-class training to all our course delegates.
All NEBOSH learning partners are required to adhere to these principles. They are awarded different status levels, depending on whether they exceed them.
Our dedicated Customer Service Team provides advice and guidance to all clients and delegates at the pre-booking stage via email and/or phone. Detailed course joining instructions are delivered via email on receipt of the course booking. These include details of all the session dates, venue locations, exam information, and important course information.
Our Customer Service Team and Course Team are always on-hand to answer any question related to our courses.
Delegates are able to contact the Customer Service Team via email or phone to have any questions answered. All delegates are given tutor contact details during the period of the course. 3B Training believes this approach offers peace of mind and clarity, which can help delegates to concentrate solely on their studies.
At 3B training we currently have 10 venues across the Northwest, Yorkshire, and the Midlands, plus extra ad-hoc capacity to deliver training courses elsewhere in the UK. Our training rooms are bright and airy and are impeccably maintained to ensure our delegates are as comfortable as possible.
At 3B Training, we believe in making learning as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We provide refreshments to our delegates and breakout areas to enjoy during short breaks in learning.
Some of our venues are specifically tailored to classroom learning and management level courses such as our Wigan HQ, Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool, Kendal and Tamworth. While other venues are tailored to deliver practical course learning as well as classroom courses including Blackburn, Derby, Leigh and Doncaster.

Even though a lot of modern learning can be completed online, at 3B Training we still believe physical course books are vital to a learner’s experience.
Our NEBOSH training courses provide a free course book for every learner. All our course learning materials are fully accredited and follow up-to-date curriculums which are in line with legislation.
At 3B Training, we only work with the UK’s best trainers to deliver our courses, because the quality of the learning we deliver to our delegates is our utmost priority.
We are one of very few training providers who employ our own full-time trainers. All our trainers are experts in their field and vastly experienced in the construction and training sectors.
We also work with a select number of outstanding freelance trainers who enable us to offer our training courses across the UK. This includes in-house training to many of our clients.
Our expert trainers provide ongoing feedback to the course delegates to ensure they have the best chance of embedding their learning and passing the course.
Regular and structured feedback helps to clarify the expectations of the delegates. It also reinforces best practices for learning and provides guidance for improvements.
Moreover, we believe that regular feedback helps to maintain focus and enthusiasm for the course modules, while encouraging valuable self-reflection and critical thinking skills.
We understand the importance of feedback for our own development. Asking what our delegates think of our courses, our venues, the trainer’s delivery, the helpfulness of our in-house teams, all feeds into our company development plans. It enables us to Be Our Best.
We encourage our delegates to provide feedback via Trustpilot and Google Reviews. We also ask delegates, before or at the start of the course, what their expectations are – their goals and objectives. In short, why have they chosen to undertake the course?
Our trainers and course team keep in touch with delegates to find out how the learning is impacting on their job roles. Also, what their overall impression is of the training they have received.
Where possible, we inform delegates what steps 3B Training are going to take to act on their feedback.

In construction, strong leadership means more than getting the job done. Site managers and senior leaders must think beyond the build. They need to plan ahead, manage risks, and align teams with long-term goals. That’s where strategic planning comes in. Tactical work focuses on the here and now, coordinating tasks, managing people, and keeping the […]
