From 31st March 2025, the PASMA app is introducing new ways of working.
Firstly, to phase out physical cards, virtual PASMA cards will become the main way to verify workers. Physical cards will only be produced on request.
Secondly, the TowerSure PASMA app will be even more important—for on-site work and PASMA Towers for Users exams.
If you currently hold a PASMA qualification, you may already be familiar with the virtual PASMA card. Launched in 2022, this digital card is faster, eco-friendly, and more secure for verifying workers. Virtual PASMA cards, once issued with plastic ones, will be the main verification method. Physical cards will be phased out by June 2025. After June 2025, physical cards will only be available on request, with an extra fee.
