You can use the qualification to show that you are knowledgeable and competent in your role as a Construction Site Supervisor. The NVQ will help you to develop the skills needed to be a qualified and effective supervisor. Units include health & safety responsibilities, quality control, planning and maintaining relationships.

You will also have a selection of mandatory and optional units to choose from, depending on the pathway you choose.
You will need to complete all of the units to show that you are competent enough to receive the NVQ qualification. The assessor will then review your work and provide any feedback. Once you enrol on your NVQ we will assign you an Assessor who will help you to build up a portfolio of evidence. You can upload your evidence in your own time to our ePortfolio sytem.
The Assessor will help you plan how you can gain all the evidence needed to complete the qualification. They will also regularly review your progression to ensure that you on track and to check if you need any advice.
