The Food Safety Level 1 course is designed to inform the delegate on basic food handling in the workplace. Food hygiene is vital for everyone who is part of the preparation, storage, packaging, processing and handling of food. All the subjects covered in the course are in line with the Food Standards Agency.

Food Safety Level 1 Pass Requirements
To pass the course the delegate must complete an end of course examination. The exam contains 15 questions and delegates must get a minimum of 66% to pass.
