Rachael is responsible for all Marketing activity across the business. The Marketing department is made up of Marketing, Systems and eLearning teams who work together to ensure the business is well promoted, has a strong eLearning offering, runs efficiently and has a technology-first approach.

What has been your biggest achievement? Being a Director of a team I’m so passionate about.

On 1st April 2021, 3B Training turned 10 years old!
To celebrate a decade of delivering health & safety training, we’ll be looking back at some of the moments that made 3B what it is today.
To help support adults who are suffering from loneliness, 3B Training is teaming up with mental health charity Marmalade Trust to help raise money and awareness of the effects of loneliness, especially during these difficult times.
Every year Children in Need provide grants to projects in the UK which focus on disadvantaged children and young people. 3B Training raises £200 to help.
