Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, 3B Training is now delivering Remote CITB Health & Safety Awareness, SMSTS Refresher, SMSTS, SSSTS, SSSTS Refresher, SEATS, Temporary Works Coordinator and Temporary Works Supervisor courses. Otherwise known as Virtual CITB courses or Online CITB courses. The course is delivered over a video call by a CITB registered tutor. This allows delegates to attend the course safely whilst isolating at home.

Delegates must have access to a device which has both a webcam and a microphone feature; as the tutor will require them to show their ID at the beginning of the course and also be visible throughout the exam.
Upon booking, the delegate will receive a link to a video call along with the relevant delegate information form. Once they have sent back the completed form they will need to log into the video meeting on the course start time and date.
Course material is provided in digital format. All the delegate needs to do is download the coursebook to refer to when it’s appropriate.
The delegate can only attend the exam the day after the day of training. Before attending the first day of training the delegate will be offered a selection of exam time slots. The delegate will simply choose their slot and log into the call again to complete their exam.
At the moment only the CITB Health & Safety Awareness, SMSTS, SSSTS SMSTS Refresher, SSTSS Refresher, SEATS and Temporary Works Coordinator and Temporary Works Supervisor are available in this format. We will update this page with any new information.
