To help support adults who are suffering from loneliness, 3B Training is teaming up with mental health charity Marmalade Trust to help raise money and awareness of the effects of loneliness, especially during these difficult times.
Loneliness is a real issue, especially this year, a year of isolation and being apart from those that we love. Loneliness can affect a person’s mental health in many ways, especially at Christmas. It can be a gateway to other mental health issues such as depression.
We want to raise awareness of the effects of loneliness and help to fund Marmalade Trust’s Christmas Cheer project. The Christmas Cheer project is designed to help bring companionship and joy to those who are alone throughout the festive season. The pandemic has made this even harder for the charity, so we want to support them all that we can.
We will be sharing resources and information about loneliness throughout our marketing channels leading up to the course start dates.
To help raise money, we are also delivering two online Mental Health Awareness courses. We are asking the delegates for a contribution of £30, which we will pass on fully to the charity.
On the course, you will gain knowledge that will help you support those who are affected.
The course will cover areas such as:

The course dates are…
