Acquiring Higher Safety & Training Solutions enables us to offer additional training and services to our existing clients, as well as offering our own accredited training courses to the customers of Higher Safety & Training Solutions.

We have expanded significantly in recent years, leading to a recruitment drive already this year. As this new acquisition expands our growth, we will continue our recruitment programme with the aim of having over 100 employees in the organisation within the next couple of years. As well as aiming to double the volume of attendees on our courses by 2024.
Higher Safety & Training Solutions works across similar sectors to 3B, providing consultancy and training services from its training venue in Blackburn as well as in client’s offices and sites across the UK – accreditations included IPAF, PASMA, CABWI and Ladder Association, amongst others.
