Meet The Team
Mat is 3B’s Director and joint owner with Dave Brooks. He was instrumental in the creation of 3B Training during his previous role as Sales Director at Bromak Recruitment. Mat is responsible for generating new business with a particular focus on in house courses as well as overseeing the 3B team.
Dave Brooks is Managing Director at 3B Training and Bromak Recruitment. He set up Bromak Training in 2011 to service the needs of Bromak’s clients, but the division grew quickly and became a separate entity in 2014. Dave still holds a hands on role in the business along with Mat Bewley.
Rachael is responsible for all Marketing and Operations activity at 3B Training. Rachael is an organisation queen with a keen eye for detail and oversees everything from the 3B website and social media channels to processes, IT and system integrations.
Charlotte is our Finance Manager and heads up 3B’s accounts team. Charlotte deals with the accounts of our key clients as well as management accounts.
Ruth is the HR Manager for 3B Training. She is tasked with making sure that all 3B employees are well supported and happy in their day to day roles.
James is our Training Advisor in Manchester. He is the first point of contact for our ever growing Manchester centre.
Lynsey heads up 3B Training Southern training venues including Watford, Basildon and Portsmouth. Please contact Lynsey for any enquiries in the south of England.
If you need to book an in-house training course, Simon is the go to guy. Simon is based at our Head Office but he can help with any training in the North West.
Peter is our Training Advisor for Leeds and Sheffield. He can help with any public or in house courses in these regions.
Paul is the Training Advisor for our Hull centre. Paul is always out on the road promoting 3B Training across the region. If you need any training in the Humberside area please contact Paul.
Sarah is our Senior Training Coordinator and looks after all training enquiries coming into our Wigan and Liverpool training centre. If you have any enquiries about an NVQ or a course in Wigan or Liverpool that you are interested in please contact Sarah Davies.
Rob has a wealth of experience in selling training courses. Rob is based at our Head Office in Wigan and is your contact for any NVQ enquiries.
Patryk, along with Lynsey, makes up our Watford team. Patryk’s role is to support Lynsey in helping 3B to expand in the South. Patryk also deals with all of our bookings from third parties.
Dawn is our Wigan based Training Coordinator and is responsible for supporting for the incoming enquiries to our Head Office and Liverpool venues.
Steph is the Training Coordinator for our Derby and Sheffield Centres. Steph will be there to answer any questions before, during and after a course in Derby or Sheffield.
Sharnie is responsible for the Hull, Leeds and Durham venues. If you have any enquiries, orders or need a pass letter, please feel free to contact her.
Laura is our Training Administrator for Wigan and Liverpool, she organises all of our public courses and is always available to answer any enquiries you may have for those centres.
Chelsea is the Training Administrator at our Manchester Centre; she is responsible for dealing with all delegates that visit the venue. Chelsea is on hand to ensure the smooth running of all course in Manchester.
Karen looks after ‘The South’ as a Training Administrator and supporting Lynsey and Patryk with running a smooth admin operation.
Ryan looks after all marketing for 3B Training as well as working closely with the Training Advisors to generate leads, market the courses and make best use of our internal database. As part of his role Ryan is responsible for email marketing, social media and the website.
Chris is based in our Head office in Wigan. Chris assists Rachael with the Operations side of the business, including certificates and accreditations.
Vicky works alongside Charlotte in our accounts department and is responsible for Credit Control. Should you have any queries with regards to payments or invoices please contact Vicky.

Linda works with both the accounts and operations team. If you have any certificate queries, she is always happy to help.
Jane looks after the course paperwork for our Yorkshire venues.
