As Head of Business Development for the NVQ division at 3B, Nicola leads the strategic planning and execution of business development initiatives to drive growth and expand the reach of 3B NVQ qualifications. Nicola works closely with the wider NVQ team to make sure client expectations are met and they receive the technical support they need.

On 1st April 2021, 3B Training turned 10 years old!
To celebrate a decade of delivering health & safety training, we’ll be looking back at some of the moments that made 3B what it is today.
To help support adults who are suffering from loneliness, 3B Training is teaming up with mental health charity Marmalade Trust to help raise money and awareness of the effects of loneliness, especially during these difficult times.
Every year Children in Need provide grants to projects in the UK which focus on disadvantaged children and young people. 3B Training raises £200 to help.
