Every year Children in Need provide grants to charity projects over the UK. They focus on children and young people who have disadvantaged backgrounds. Since 1980 they have raised over £600 million to change the lives of disabled children and young people who live in the UK.
Their vision is that every child in the UK has a childhood which is safe, happy and also secure. The work that Children in Need do gives them the chance to reach their full potential
This year 3B Training Ltd decided to host a day filled with fundraising activities in order to raise money for the charity.
All of our staff abandoned their usual smart office attire and transformed into fancy dress costumes that reminded them of their youth. Costumes ranged from school girls, furry animals and action men, furthermore our Directors really impressed dressed as Mr Monopoly and Magnum PI.
After office hours, staff enjoyed a quiz evening and tucked into Children in Need themed confectionary.
The day was a great success with smiles and laughing all around the 3B offices. As a result, we managed to raise just over £200 for the charity.
